We currently ship to addresses all across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

Niloufer Nasir is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy. You must contact us at niloufernasirdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the mandatory, unedited parcel opening video as required by our policy. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen disruptions.
