Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1. Our Commitment

At Niloufer Nasir, we stand by the quality of our products. We are happy to process a return or refund if you have received a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This policy outlines the conditions for a return and the steps you need to take.

2. Eligibility for a Return

A return or refund will only be processed if your item meets one of the following criteria:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear manufacturing flaw.

  • Transit Damage: The product was damaged during shipping.

  • Wrong Size: You received a size different from the one you ordered.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

This is a strict requirement for all return claims.

Once your order is delivered, you must make a 360-degree parcel opening video showing the unopened package and the entire unboxing process.

  • The video must be continuous, without any pauses, trims, or cuts.

  • The parcel, shipping label, and the product itself must be clearly visible.

  • This video serves as your proof in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

No claims of a defective, damaged, or wrong product will be entertained without a valid parcel opening video.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns or refunds are not available for customized products. We can only accept returns for items that meet the eligibility criteria listed in Section 2.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible and you have the required video, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at niloufernasirdesigns@gmail.com.

  2. In the email, please include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., “damaged,” “wrong size”).

    • The complete, unedited parcel opening video as an attachment or a downloadable link.

  3. We will review your claim and the video. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
